We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Clinical Lead to join our team at Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical leadership for our secure mental health services, with a particular focus on the care pathways for women.
About the Role:
- Provide clinical leadership for the Kent, Surrey, and Sussex women's secure and forensic mental health services.
- Develop and maintain effective partnerships with stakeholders to redesign services and improve patient outcomes.
- Lead the development of care pathways for women with mental health needs who are in contact with the criminal justice system.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve service performance and patient experience.

Person Specification:

- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work on own initiative and manage competing priorities.
