About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Production Associate to join our team at an established manufacturing business in the Preston Area. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for lifting, loading, and unloading heavy equipment, as well as adhering to health and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Lifting, loading, and unloading heavy equipment and transporting it throughout the warehouse
Working along a production line in a fast-paced environment, picking and packing
General duties around the warehouse
Training to become Line Leader and managing the production line

Working Hours and Pay:

Working hours are 2pm - 10pm, Monday to Friday. The rate of pay is £11.44 initially, increasing to £12.44 once fully trained to become Line Leader.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate must have experience of working in a warehouse/factory environment and experience of working along a fast-paced production line. Candidates with previous experience as a team leader/supervisor are also desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
