Senior Town Planner Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Town Planner to join our team at RGB Recruitment Ltd. As a Senior Town Planner, you will be responsible for developing creative and original planning solutions, preparing policy presentations, project proposals, and tender responses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement planning strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Manage client relationships and grow workload through business development
  • Prepare and present planning applications, policy presentations, and project proposals
  • Consult with stakeholders and negotiate with developers and other professionals
  • Assess planning applications and monitor outcomes
  • Research and analyze data to inform strategic developments
  • Design layouts and draft design statements
  • Attend and present at planning boards, appeals, and public inquiries

Requirements:

  • Relevant Planning degree within MRTPI / RTPI / RICS
  • Proficiency in CAD software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Full UK driving license and willingness to travel
