As a key member of our consultancy, you will work on complex projects that demand a keen ability to assess, analyse, and meet client-specific needs using thorough analytical approaches.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver analysis programs and pioneer innovative approaches to support business decision making, policy development, and research.
- Lead analysis efforts, guide teams, introduce innovative strategies, and contribute significantly to business development.
- Design and facilitate workshops, including Military Judgement Panels, and develop effective communication and presentation skills.
- Apply expertise in operational analysis, analytical method development, stakeholder relationship management, and technical report generation.
- Work with Defence Digital, DE&S, Dstl, Frontline Commands, or UK Defence industry clients.
- Proven track record in delivering analysis programs and pioneering innovative approaches.
- Expertise in operational analysis, analytical method development, stakeholder relationship management, and technical report generation.
- Experience working with Defence Digital, DE&S, Dstl, Frontline Commands, or UK Defence industry clients.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Knowledge of statistics, data manipulation, and analysis languages (VBA, SQL, R, Python).
- Portfolio, programme, and project management skills, including schedule and risk analysis.
- Understanding of UK Government guidance and requirements relating to the delivery of analysis and Business Cases (AQUA and GREEN Books).
- Competitive salary range of £45,000 to £80,000 depending on experience.
