About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a comprehensive knowledge of Adult Social Care Provider Services practice and legislation, and how it is applied in North Yorkshire.

The ideal candidate will have a good awareness of future national and local developments and how they will impact on NYC Health & Adult Services.

As a Quality Assurance Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality and safety. You will work closely with our teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to ensure that our services are delivered to the highest standard.
