About the Role:

Mencap is seeking a passionate Support Worker with a Full UK Driving License to join their incredible team in the area of Hatfield Woodhouse, Doncaster.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with daily activities
  • Providing emotional support
  • Building meaningful relationships with individuals and their families
  • Working collaboratively with the team to provide high-quality care and support

Requirements:

  • A genuine passion for supporting others
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities

Additional Requirements:

  • Full UK Driving License
  • Ability to drive the service mobility vehicles
