Job Title: Global Head of Enterprise Risk Management

Blockchain Ventures is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Enterprise Risk Management team. As the Global Head of Enterprise Risk Management, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive risk management framework that aligns with our company's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain an enterprise-wide risk management framework that identifies, assesses, and mitigates risks across the organization.
  • Provide risk analysis and assessments to executive management, the Board, and the Audit & Risk Committee.
  • Partner with business units to understand their risk profiles and develop risk mitigation strategies.
  • Drive the development and maturation of Risk Committees and processes in our subsidiaries.
  • Implement risk management policies and create analytics that align company metrics with the risk policies.
Requirements:
  • University degree in Business, Information Technology, Information Security, Economics, or Finance.
  • Minimum 7 years of professional experience in risk management, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Executive-level communication skills and experience presenting to Boards and executive management.
  • Ability to present findings on a high-level and report to all stakeholders on a cross-functional level.
  • Fluent in English with the ability to work well with colleagues across multiple time zones.
