Job Title: Global Head of Enterprise Risk

Blockchain is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Global Head of Enterprise Risk to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing an enterprise-wide risk management framework that aligns with our company's risk appetite and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain an enterprise-wide risk management framework that identifies, assesses, and mitigates risks across the organization.
  • Provide risk management advice and guidance to senior management and the Board of Directors.
  • Partner with business units to identify and assess risks, and develop remediation plans to mitigate those risks.
  • Drive the development and implementation of risk management policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations to senior management and the Board of Directors.
Requirements:
  • University degree in Business, Information Technology, Information Security, Economics, or Finance.
  • Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in risk management, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide viable solutions in a time-sensitive environment.
  • Executive-level communication skills, with the ability to present findings to senior management and the Board of Directors.
  • Fluent in English, with the ability to work well with colleagues across multiple time zones.
