We are looking for a highly skilled Accommodation Adviser to join our team at UK Dementia Research Institute. As a key member of our Estates, Facilities, Accommodation and Safety Department, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our students and staff.

Our organisation is home to over 26 Halls of Residence, accommodating more than 6,500 students. We are committed to delivering exceptional experiences for our students, from providing affordable accommodation options to promoting student well-being and community engagement.

Job Description

As an Accommodation Adviser, you will be responsible for providing administrative support across all our sites. This includes meeting and greeting students and staff, responding to queries, and resolving issues promptly and professionally. You will also assist with back-office functions, including data entry and record-keeping.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be computer literate with Microsoft Office proficiency, and have previous experience in complaint handling and accommodation marketing. You will also need to be flexible, willing to work varying shifts, and able to participate in a rota.

This role offers a competitive salary, ranging from £31,163 to £34,784, along with a range of benefits, including 41 days' holiday, a defined benefit pension scheme, cycle to work scheme, on-site nursery, gym membership, and enhanced maternity and paternity pay.
