Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Residential Support Specialist to join our team at CV-Library in London – Walworth SE17. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for supporting the residential community, maintaining the safety and security of the building, and performing administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility. A key aspect of this role is to provide exceptional customer service, respond to resident queries, and maintain accurate records.

This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary range of £26,500 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Duties
  1. Support the residential community by responding to queries and resolving issues.
  2. Maintain the safety and security of residents, building, and staff.
  3. Perform regular inspections of communal areas, including stairwells, hallways, and basement areas.
  4. Sign in guests to the building in the daybook.
  5. Provide lessees access to their flats if known and when required.
  6. Log all callers to the property.
  7. Answer the telephone in the Porter's Office and pass messages to lessees.
  8. Report any maintenance issues to the managing agents.
  9. Maintain accurate records of inspections and tasks completed.

The successful candidate will be expected to adapt to changing circumstances, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
