Sales Executive

We are seeking an experienced salesperson to join our team at Marshall Motor Group, representing Vauxhall in Peterborough. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for providing a high-quality service to our customers, assisting them in finding the right vehicle and ensuring a seamless purchasing experience.
About the Role:- Assist customers in finding the perfect vehicle, providing expert knowledge and guidance throughout the purchasing process.
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a tailored sales experience.
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets by fully exploring and satisfying customer needs for finance and insurance products and optional extras.
- Participate in regular knowledge updates to maintain a specialist knowledge of manufacturer vehicles and options.
- Manage the vehicle handover process, ensuring compliance with the process.

Requirements:- Experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Knowledge of manufacturer vehicles and options.
- Compliance with Marshall and industry regulations.
