Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator Opportunity

Nexus ERP, a leading provider of recruitment solutions in the property sector, is seeking an experienced Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator to join their team in Stretford. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for registering applicants, booking and attending viewings, negotiating offers, and progressing sales through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Viewing Arrangements: Arrange property viewings to showcase properties to potential buyers.
  • Sales Negotiation: Negotiate sales with clients to achieve the best possible outcomes.
  • Customer Liaison: Liaise with customers to answer any queries they may have and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Cross-Selling: Cross-sell mortgage advice and solicitor referrals to enhance the customer experience.
  • Documentation: Register applicants and ensure all required documentation is obtained.
  • Sales Progression: Progress sales through to completion, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in Estate Agency, with a track record of hitting and exceeding targets.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
  • Driving License: Full UK driving license with access to a car is essential.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday and alternate Saturdays, with a day off in lieu.
