Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated Production Operative to join our team in High Wycombe. In this role, you will be responsible for operating machinery, assembling products, and ensuring production targets are met efficiently.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Safe and efficient operation of machinery and equipment.
  • Assembly of products according to company specifications.
  • Quality control checks on finished products and reporting of defects.
  • Meeting production targets and deadlines.
  • Maintenance of a clean and organized work area.
  • Compliance with health and safety guidelines and procedures.
  • Support with stock management and product packaging.

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and meet production targets.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Physical fitness for manual handling tasks.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Teamwork and communication skills.
