We are seeking an experienced Assistant Retail Manager to join our team in Edinburgh. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for supporting the Manager in achieving sales targets, creating a positive working environment, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Manager in the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring a high level of customer service and sales performance.
- Support the Manager in achieving sales targets and ensuring excellent customer service.
- Manage store operations, including inventory management and administrative tasks.
- Oversee staff rotas and ensure a well-structured team.
- Create a positive and supportive working environment for the team.
- Utilise your fashion or retail brand experience to provide expert advice and assistance to customers.
- Communicate effectively and build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in high-end fashion or retail brands.
- Previous management or supervisory experience.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Fluency in a second language (preferred).
