Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing outstanding service to customers and contributing to the success of our cinema operations. As a Cinema Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers have a great experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cash Handling: You will be handling cash transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Food Handling (Including Stock Replenishment): You will be working with food and drinks, including replenishing stock levels to ensure seamless service.
  • Cleaning: You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our cinema venues, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for customers and staff.
  • Heavy Lifting: You may be required to lift heavy objects as part of your duties, so you must be physically capable and willing to do so.
  • Compliance with Health and Safety Regulations: You will be expected to follow all health and safety procedures to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Increasing Sales: You will have opportunities to increase sales by suggesting add-ons and promotions to customers.
  • Maintaining Standards: You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality and service in all areas of the cinema.
  • Following Policies and Procedures: You will be expected to follow all policies and procedures, including those related to cash handling, customer service, and health and safety.
  • Dealing Face to Face with large Groups of People: You will be working with large groups of people on a regular basis, providing excellent customer service and support.
