We are seeking a highly skilled IT professional with excellent troubleshooting skills and great attention to detail to join our team.

As a 3rd Line IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support to both our customer base and internal staff, ensuring the smooth operation of all IT infrastructure.

This role requires in-depth knowledge of IT systems, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.


Key Responsibilities:
Responding to client Support Requests through our ITSM Tools or by Telephone
Providing expert-level support to resolve complex IT issues escalated from 1st and 2nd line support teams.
Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-connectivity related problems.
Installing, and upgrading Software
Conduct root cause analysis and implement permanent solutions to prevent recurring issues.
Making suggested improvements on the IT infrastructure
Successful Delivery of Quality of Service within agreed SLA's
Administering and maintaining servers, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of server operating systems
Implementing and managing Active Directory, Group Policies, and other directory services.
Configuring and maintaining routers, switches, firewalls, and other network infrastructure components.
Monitoring network performance and ensuring high availability and reliability.

Requirements:
Demonstrable experience of working as a Systems Administrator, Technical Support Specialist, or a related role.
Proven expertise in Windows server environments. (Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, File Services, IIS etc.)
Working with Server Hardware like Dell/Cisco UCS/HPE
Strong knowledge of networking protocols, security principles, and best practices.
Excellent working knowledge of monitoring solutions such as Zabbix.
General Understanding of Security Policies and ITIL Processes (Incident/Change/Problem Management)
HND or Degree level qualification in Computer Science or related field.
Certifications such as MCSE, CCNA, or equivalent.
