Job Description

The Music Director will play a key role in leading worship at the Parish Church of St Andrew, West Tarring (Worthing). This involves playing the organ to a high standard and contributing to the church's music life.

We are seeking an experienced musician with excellent leadership skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for church music, a commitment to the Christian faith, and an understanding of the relationship between music, liturgy, and faith.

Responsibilities
  • Play the organ during Sunday morning Eucharist services
  • Lead the choir on Sundays and special occasions
  • Contribute to the planning and coordination of musical events
  • Work collaboratively with other church leaders to enhance the worship experience

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum
