About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Part-time Community Home Helper to join our team at Home Instead Lewes District & Uckfield. As a Community Home Helper, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide light housekeeping and personal care to clients, promoting their dignity and well-being.
  • Offer companionship and social activities, helping to combat loneliness and isolation.
  • Assist with meal preparation and medication support, ensuring clients receive the care they need.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, clients, and families to deliver exceptional care and support.
