We're seeking a Part-time Community Care Assistant to join our team, providing care and support to our clients in their homes. As a Community Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive the highest level of care and support, while also promoting their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized care and support to clients in their homes, including light housekeeping, personal care, and medication management.
  • Assist clients with daily routines, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Prepare nutritious meals and snacks for clients.
  • Provide companionship and social support to clients, engaging in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and support.

Requirements

  • Positive attitude and a proactive approach to care.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Full UK driving license and access to a reliable vehicle (preferable).
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
