Job Title: Asset Change and Safety Manager

AWE is seeking a highly skilled Asset Change and Safety Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on safety and compliance matters, ensuring that our operations are conducted in a safe and responsible manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement safety strategies and policies to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and legislation.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on safety procedures and protocols.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to minimize hazards and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of safety initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on safety performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 qualification in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent.
  • Accredited Risk and COSHH Assessor.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
