About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to work as a full-time Personal Assistant to our Managing Director, supporting them in their daily schedule and providing administrative assistance. You will be responsible for managing the MD's diary, arranging events, and handling confidential information.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the MD's complex diary and daily schedule, ensuring they are prepared for meetings and other commitments.
  • Provide event management support, including coordinating high-profile events and team events.
  • Organise national and international travel arrangements.
  • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, representing the company when necessary.
  • Ensure the office environment is welcoming, positive, and organised, reflecting the company's atmosphere and approach.
  • Maintain advanced MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Develop excellent communication skills, building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
