Job Summary

We are seeking a Global Learning and Growth Leader to drive our L&G strategy, ensuring it aligns with Flywire's dynamic growth. This role demands a strategic leader with deep expertise in AI-driven learning solutions, a hands-on approach to managing high-impact instructional content, and the ability to engage with C-level executives and senior leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a forward-thinking L&G strategy that drives talent and leadership development.
  • Lead AI-driven executive education and leadership development initiatives.
  • Build scalable, autonomous, and effective learning communities that foster continuous development across the organization.
  • Partner with the global People Partner team and People Operations to lead impactful organizational development programs.
  • Utilize platforms like MentorCliq, Udemy, LinkedIn Learning, BambooHR, Articulate, Lattice, Slack, Amazon Lex, and Cognigy.ai to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Coordinate regional L&G champions for consistent global program execution.
  • Develop Flywire's L&G capability for scale, ensuring alignment with our FlyCompass values and global business strategy.
