Accounts Payable Clerk Position

About the Role

Adaptable Recruitment seeks an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join their high-growth business in North Wales. As part of the Accounts Payable team, you will play a key role in building the function from the ground up, making a significant impact from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Match supplier invoices with purchase orders and delivery notes.
  • Enter and verify supplier invoices using SAP.
  • Process employee expenses and handle supplier queries.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and request credit notes when necessary.
  • Assist with supplier setup verification and perform other duties as needed by the Finance Manager.

Requirements:

  • Experience within a similar role is essential.
  • AAT qualification or working towards is desirable.
  • SAP experience is desirable.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
