Family Law Solicitor or Legal Executive Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Family Law Solicitor or Legal Executive to join our busy and respected team at Simpson Judge Ltd.

The successful candidate will work directly with our Partner in charge of the Family Team, developing confidence and experience in a broad caseload of family cases with a bias towards private law children work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting a range of family law work, including children and finance cases
  • Providing excellent client care and time management skills
  • Working collaboratively as part of a team
  • Developing advocacy skills and participating in business development opportunities
  • Abiding by the Resolution Code of Conduct

Desirable Qualities:

  • Confidence in conducting initial court appointments
  • Strong commercial awareness of billing and fee collection
  • Self-sufficiency in typing, with secretarial support available
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
