Job Description

This exciting opportunity exists for a Sourcing Specialist to join our organisation and contribute to the success of our sourcing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage supplier relationships to achieve optimal delivery performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve supplier compliance and reduce arrears.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive business improvement initiatives.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with supplier performance.

Requirements:

  • Experienced in procurement and supply chain management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have a valid UK driving license.

Salary Information: £30-£37 per hour, dependent on experience.
