Key Requirements
  • We value commitment, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn without prior experience or knowledge of engineering or the railway.
  • GCSEs: You must hold or expect to achieve grade 4 or above in Maths, English and Science (or equivalent).
  • Travel requirements: Be able to commute to East Surrey College for study and various locations on our network for work.
  • Medical standards: Pass required medical checks.

**Estimated Salary:** £27,500 per annum based on location and industry standards.
