We are a small privately owned company providing domiciliary and enabling support in our local and surrounding areas. Our goal is to provide the best possible care quality for individuals, ensuring their dignity and respect are upheld at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day management of the domiciliary care service.
  • Supervise a team of care staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Evaluate and maintain compliance with relevant regulations, including CQC standards.
  • Analyse and review care plans, risk assessments, and other associated care documents to ensure they meet individual needs.
  • Support recruitment and training of staff.
  • Attend meetings and events as required.
Requirements:
  • NVQ/Diploma Level 4 or higher in Health and Social Care (or equivalent training).
  • Strong understanding of CQC regulations and standards.
  • Valid driving licence and own vehicle for work purposes.

Salary: £30,000 per annum. Benefits include a competitive salary, health & wellbeing programme, referral scheme, and weekend availability.
