We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Construction Site Management Apprentice. The successful candidate will have a strong passion for construction and a desire to learn and develop their skills in this field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • You will assist in coordinating site-based construction projects, carrying out risk assessments, liaising with key figures, and more within our construction project team.">
  • You will identify risks of activities and encourage all employees to demonstrate safety conscious behaviours.">
  • You will assess, identify, and record the environmental impact of projects.">
  • You will assist in implementing the most appropriate solutions for construction projects.">
  • You will use effective management principles to supervise construction workers.">
  • You will understand overall plans for projects and measure and record progress against plans.">
  • You will assess and report on quality standards and assist in commissioning of finished construction projects.">

Requirements:

  • Level 6: You will require five GCSEs at 9-4 (or A*-C on the old grading scale), including English and Maths.">
  • You will also need Level 3 qualifications, such as A-Levels, NVQs, a BTEC or a Level 3 (Advanced) apprenticeship.">

Working Hours:

This role is based on a construction site as part of the site management team, and takes some responsibility for security, health and safety, and organizing and supervising materials and people. This may appeal to someone who has an interest in being actively involved in the construction project from a practical point of view.
