Our Vision

We're committed to creating the future of media, and we're looking for a commercially-minded Sales Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Direct Sales team, you'll play a vital role in supporting our vision and helping us to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a full pre and post-sales service to our Direct Sales teams and clients, ensuring that all company procedures are followed.
  • Assist in planning customer campaigns using internal tools and systems.
  • Develop and deliver presentations and insights to support sales in creating compelling client recommendations.
  • Maintain proactive communication with sales regarding campaign progress and task requests.
  • Respond directly to incoming agency briefs and requests.
  • Process bookings according to company standards within specified timelines.
  • Manage any changes to campaigns before launch.
  • Coordinate customer artwork, design, print, and digital orders.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality responses to customer inquiries through all channels, including managing complaints.
  • Organize photography for requested campaigns.
  • Work closely with Direct Sales & Operations leadership teams to continuously improve and refine processes.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Strong and empathetic communication skills – able to build rapport with customers to enable a high standard of customer service.
  • High levels of data accuracy.
  • Adaptable.
  • Resilient.
  • Team player with a 'how can we' attitude.
  • Ability to juggle priorities and manage multiple tasks effectively.
