Job Title: Sales Support Specialist

Our client, a leading independent automotive supplier, is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Sales Support Specialist to join their team. As the vital link between the Sales Team and valued customers, you will play a crucial role in driving sales activity and ensuring customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage orders on a tablet and provide timely updates to customers
  • Promote weekly sales offers and assist in branch promotions to boost sales
  • Identify competitor products and provide customers with tailored solutions
  • Support new customer installations by setting up stock management systems and ensuring proper stock rotation
  • Provide regular, clear communication to staff and customers to maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Report new leads or opportunities to the sales, branch, or equipment teams
  • Uphold the professional image of the company at all times and maintain confidentiality regarding sales and sensitive information
  • Achieve personal goals and expectations set annually
