Job Overview

The Senior Site Manager will oversee all on-site activities, ensuring that modular construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all on-site activities, including planning, scheduling, and supervising construction works.
  • Lead site teams, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and performance.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, implementing corrective actions, as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date site records, including daily logs, progress reports, and safety documentation.
  • Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement on site.
  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure effective communication and cooperation.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior site staff, promoting their professional development.
