Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Residences Manager Position. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing university accommodation, providing customer service, and leading a team of staff members.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a corporate/hospitality and/or accommodation environment, supervising others, and communicating effectively with a wide range of people. They will also have excellent IT skills, including use of internet, email, Microsoft Word, and Excel.

We offer a competitive salary of £24,600 - £25,433 per annum (Grade 3), along with a comprehensive benefits package, including 32 days holiday per year plus 8 bank holidays, access to staff discounts, and more.
