Job Title: Junior Occupational Therapist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Occupational Therapist to join our team at Compass Associates. As a Junior Occupational Therapist, you will work with children aged 7-17 in two specialist autism schools, providing evidence-based treatments and supporting the delivery of specialised care.
About the Role:
- Work with a multidisciplinary team, including a Lead Occupational Therapist, Educational Psychologist, and Speech & Language Therapists
- Manage your own caseload of students and work closely with the Lead OT and individual Head Teachers
- Contribute to the development of individualised treatment plans and provide regular progress updates
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience working with children, preferably in a specialist autism setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £33,000-£43,000 per annum, dependent on experience
