Boundary Outlet Retailer

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Till Operator. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service and respond to customer queries in a polite and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with purchases and maintain a high level of product knowledge.
  • Operate the cash register and handle customer transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to our high standards of housekeeping.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in a sales or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Manual handling skills, with the ability to lift weights of up to 15kg.
