- We are seeking a seasoned Site Fitter Supervisor to oversee and manage our interior fit-out projects in Hertfordshire and London regions.
**Responsibilities:
- To supervise and coordinate site activities on interior fit-out projects.
- Work closely with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Manage site staff, including site managers, coordinators, and tradespeople.
**Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in site management or a related field.
- SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid certifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
**Estimated Salary:** £52,500 + package (based on location and industry standards).
