**Project Planning Professional Wanted:**

We are looking for a highly skilled Project Planning Professional to join our construction team at CV Library. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating multiple projects, maintaining schedules, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality results.

**Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate planning and programme management activities across various projects.
  2. Support project managers in defining methodologies, promoting best value design solutions, and adding value to projects.
  3. Develop and implement process enhancements to improve project outcomes.
  4. Represent the company professionally and responsibly to clients, colleagues, and contractors.
  5. Promote health, safety, and quality within projects and during the tendering process.
  6. Comply with company processes for weekly/monthly progress monitoring and reporting.
  7. Stay updated on company policies on health and safety, environment, and quality.
  8. Oversee planning for major projects or multiple smaller projects.
  9. Collaborate with project managers and senior site managers to develop and maintain progress with site personnel.
  10. Support project managers in developing contract programmes and maintaining progress.
  11. Assist in producing recovery programmes where required and contribute to claim situations.
  12. Maintain commercial discipline throughout contracts.
  13. Identify commercial changes and notify the project team.
  14. Participate in post-contract review meetings, providing feedback on programme performance and sharing lessons learned.
  15. Apply lessons learned from previous projects to new initiatives.
  16. Ensure programming adheres to agreed company processes.
  17. Deliver onsite training to the project management team on planning and programming techniques and software.
