About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safe and independent lives in their own homes. You will be responsible for assisting with personal care, managing medication, and providing emotional support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and using the toilet
* Manage medication and ensure clients take their medication as prescribed
* Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
* Assist with practical tasks, such as shopping and housework
