Taxation Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Taxation Specialist to join our team in the Group Tax function. As an Indirect Tax Accountant, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day management of the Group's VAT affairs.

Key responsibilities will include preparing quarterly VAT returns for the main trading company, ensuring new articles are set up correctly, and preparing papers on new legislation. You will also be responsible for duty reconciliations and ad hoc VAT queries.

Cross-functional working and collaboration are essential to be successful in this role, as well as an open mind to making processes more efficient in line with HMRC's Making Tax Digital requirements.
