Search is seeking a highly skilled Regional Lead Nurse to join our team in the London and South East region. As a key member of our nursing leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the clinical and reputational success of our client within the Hampshire and Berkshire areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Nurse Case Managers within the region to achieve service delivery and growth, and client, carer, and commissioner satisfaction in line with agreed quality objectives.
- Drive business growth by creating and building on good relationships with all key stakeholders.
- Oversee and manage new packages in a safe and timely manner.
Requirements:
- Clinical or nursing management experience.
- Must have Trac and Vent experience.
- Experience working to Band 6 or 7 level.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of regulatory requirements.
- Strong line management experience.
- Highly developed problem-solving skills.
- Strong planning and organisational skills.
- Target driven.
- Resilient and calm under pressure.
