AV Field Service Engineer

Our client, a leading communications company, is seeking a skilled and experienced AV Field Service Engineer to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to clients and ensuring that their audio-visual equipment is installed and functioning correctly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing end-user training on new devices and equipment
  • Accurately completing service records and reports
  • Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Conducting site surveys to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with industry developments
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 2 years of experience in a similar technical role, with a strong background in audio-visual equipment installation and maintenance. A current driving license is also essential, as this role will involve regular travel to client sites.
