AV Field Service Engineer Job Description

Our client, a leading communications company, is seeking a skilled AV Field Service Engineer to provide exceptional support to their client base and ensure a high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver end-user training after the installation of new devices.
  • Accurately complete service records.
  • Build strong relationships with clients.
  • Conduct and record site surveys to a high standard.
  • Participate in various training and development opportunities.
Requirements:

As a successful candidate, you will have at least 2 years of experience in a professional audio, video, or video conferencing technical role, with the ability to install, configure equipment using software tools, and terminate cables to industry standard. A current driving license is essential for this field-based role.
