Clinical Care Coordinator - Permanent Nursing Position in Benfleet

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Care Coordinator to join our esteemed care home in Benfleet, which has received a 'GOOD' rating from the CQC.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  2. Administer medication and treatments as prescribed, including PEG feeds and catheter care.
  3. Monitor and assess residents' health status, identifying any changes and taking appropriate action.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of residents' care plans and medical histories.
  5. Provide support and guidance to healthcare assistants and other staff members.
  6. Liaise with families, doctors, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care.
  7. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and CQC standards.
Requirements:
  • Valid RGN qualification and current NMC registration.
  • Proven experience in a clinical setting, with skills in PEG feeds and catheter care.
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
