The Role

As a Senior Project Manager IT, you will provide leadership, governance, and delivery of complex projects across the ASMPT Group. This role reports to the group head of IT infrastructure.

You will be responsible for managing IT initiatives that sit within this portfolio, involving projects and programmes that span infrastructure and applications. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing ASMPT group governance around project methodologies, creating overall strategies for delivery of the governance, including change management and managing the virtual IT PMO.
  • Supporting the Global IT leadership team in development and delivery of programmes involving multiple internal and external stakeholders to drive value back into the ASMPT group.
  • Direct project management for large, complex, business-critical projects.
  • Incorporating and championing Change Management to ensure that the projects within the portfolio are implemented in a controlled and efficient way.
  • Key reporting metrics on programme delivery, project progress, and stakeholder engagement to IT leadership.

You will work closely with the IT leadership to break down business requirements into structured deliverables, focusing on benefit delivery. A strong business network will be essential to support outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • At least 10 years' experience in IT Project Management.
  • Advanced skills in M365 Products (Office suite, Teams, etc.).
  • Advanced skills using MS Project.
  • Capable in the use of the Change Management Toolset.
