At New Look, we're on a mission to inspire That New Look Feeling, and we're looking for a skilled Senior EPMO Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO), you'll play a crucial role in guiding our project portfolio to success.

Your expertise will be essential in selecting and delivering projects that align with our strategic goals, ensuring they're completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You'll act as the deputy to the Senior EPMO Manager, making significant decisions that affect the allocation of capital and the projects we undertake.

As a Transformation Delivery Portfolio Manager, you'll focus on improving governance, risk management, and project reporting processes. Your responsibilities will include maintaining the project lifecycle, from pipeline management to resource allocation, and conducting regular project health checks.

We're looking for a strategic thinker who can effectively deputize and maintain governance standards, someone who is committed to mentoring and developing talent within the EPMO team, and a professional who is comfortable advising Project & Programme Managers on best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the project lifecycle, from pipeline management to resource allocation
  • Conduct regular project health checks
  • Ensure project data within our PPM system is accurate
  • Manage financial trackers with precision
