Compliance Officer

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Administrator to join our team at SMART Education Recruitment. This role will support our expanding business in Birmingham, ensuring the onboarding and clearing of candidates to a high standard in line with audit requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Data input to our CRM system
• General administrative support to the sales team
• Handling incoming telephone calls
• Onboarding new candidates
• Providing excellent customer service to candidates, keeping them updated on the progress of their file
• Responding to online enquiries
• Processing DBS checks
• Conducting pre-employment checks
• Ensuring files are cleared to a high standard in line with audit requirements
• Managing a task list of administrative duties
• Keeping the team updated on the progress of files
We are looking for an organised and hardworking individual who can multitask. Prior experience in recruitment would be desirable.
