We are recruiting for an experienced Payroll and Ledger Coordinator to join our dynamic finance team at Agility Resourcing. As a critical component of our financial operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing.

About the Position

The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills. You will collaborate with the finance director to optimize financial processes and contribute to a positive working environment.

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Process payroll cycles, including weekly, 4-weekly, and monthly payments
  2. Review and verify employee timesheets for accuracy
  3. Implement effective absence management and monitor employee attendance
  4. Administer starters, leavers, and pension-related tasks
  5. Assist with purchase ledger activities and maintain purchase order systems
  6. Participate in month-end procedures and other tasks as necessary
Benefits and Remuneration

You will receive a competitive salary of up to £28,000 per annum, comprehensive training, and 20 days' annual leave plus bank holidays. On-site parking is also available.
