About the Position

We are seeking a Trauma-Informed Care Lead to join our team in Hampshire. As a key member of our mental health team, you will provide expert clinical care to individuals with complex mental health needs.

About the Role
  • You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to assess and develop strategies to reduce the impact of trauma and related mental health concerns.
  • Deliver high-quality patient-centered care, promoting the physical and emotional well-being of our service users.
Key Responsibilities
  • Triage and assess mental health needs, providing appropriate interventions and onward referrals as required.
  • Develop and deliver training programs on mental health and trauma for our staff.
Qualifications and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification with a Diploma/Degree in accordance with the NMC.
  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding issues and best practices in mental health care.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a mental health setting.
Remuneration and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is around £50,000-£70,000 per year, depending on your experience. You will also have access to a range of benefits, including flexible working arrangements, a generous pension scheme, and ongoing training and development opportunities.
