Estate Agency Senior Valuer

Our Vision

We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to lead our estate agency team as a Senior Valuer. This role offers the opportunity to grow and shape a successful independent agency.

1. Collaborate with the Director to drive business growth and ensure branch success
2. Conduct valuations, focusing on winning new instructions and listings
3. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local property market and competitors
4. Proactively work with the team to achieve branch and personal targets
5. Lead by example, driving the branch to meet performance standards and goals
6. Report directly to a Company Director on branch performance and strategy

Estimated Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 basic (DOE) + Commission (OTE £50,000 - £70,000+)

1. Well-presented, reliable, and motivated with a genuine passion for property
2. Strong work ethic with a talent for finding new vendors and properties to sell
3. Proven communication skills with a focus on building relationships
4. Minimum 4-5 years of experience in estate agency, with a track record of bringing properties to market
5. Full UK driving licence and personal vehicle
