Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Valuer to join our estate agency team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and shaping the future of our agency.

Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with the Director to drive business growth and ensure branch success
  2. Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to win new instructions and listings
  3. Monitor and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local property market and competitors
  4. Work proactively with the team to achieve branch and personal targets
  5. Lead by example, driving the branch to meet performance standards and goals
  6. Report directly to a Company Director on branch performance and strategy

Benefits: £32,000 - £38,000 basic (DOE) + Commission (OTE £55,000 - £75,000+) + Car Allowance (£1,800/year) + Mileage Paid (45p/mile), Quarterly Branch Rewards, Performance Bonuses, 25 Days Holiday (inc. bank holidays), Optional Pension Scheme
