About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Estate Agent Sales Negotiator to join our team at Kings Permanent Recruitment for Estate Agents & Financial Services Professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and customers to provide a professional Estate Agency service.
  • Identify new leads and generate new business to improve performance and meet branch targets.
  • Work closely with the Directors to achieve branch objectives and provide a positive experience for clients.
  • Provide clients with a professional Estate Agency service, maximising business from opportunities created.
What You'll Need
  • Minimum 6 months experience as an Estate Agent Sales Negotiator or a strong sales background in a related industry.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and meet branch targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Basic salary £21,000 with an initial 4 month salary guarantee.
  • On target earnings £30,000.
Working Hours

Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5.30pm, Saturday 9.00am to 5.00pm. 5 day working week including some Saturdays (2 on, 1 off) and where worked a day off during the week will be provided.
